HIGH PARK GREEN 

50, 80 & 100 Quebec Avenue located in the prime High Park neighbourhood. These 3 concrete towers were built in the mid 1970's by Greenwin and are still an area favourite. There is an interesting story behind these properties. The houses on the east side of the residential street Gothic Avenue were planned for demolition, when the developer of High Park Green intended to extend his development. The local Rate Payers objected to the removal of these handsome traditional properties and were successful in stopping their removal. As a result, the developer then renovated them and sold them as part of the High Park Green condo corporation. These unique properties pay a small monthly fee and enjoy having access to the condo facilities and some of the properties also include indoor parking spaces.
