9 Bungalows selling for $1,066,988. vs. the same period in 2022 had 12 bungalows selling for and average price of $1,375,083

17 2-storey detached properties selling for $1,578,576 vs the same period in 2022 had 19 detached properties selling for average price of $1,773,632.

0 semi-detached properties sold vs. the same period in 2022 had 3 semi-detached properties selling for average price of $1.305,000.

2022 in the same period had 2 Duplex’s selling for an average price of $1,622,500.

3 - Multi-plex’s sold for an average price of $2,416,667.

2 – Triplex’s sold for an average price of $1,695,000.

Condominiums Sold 2023 vs. 2022

1-bedroom condo – 142 selling from $485,000 to $1,075,000 vs. the same period in 2022200 sold from $370,000 to $932,000.

2-bedroom condo – 123 selling from $525,000 to $2,050,000 vs. the same period in 2022 – 200 sold from $575,000 to $1,508,000.

3-bedroom condo – 3 selling from $1,285,000 to $2,000,000 vs. the same period in 2022 – 4 sold from $1,018,000 to $4,400,000.

As the Spring Real Estate market is unfolding, both Buyers and Sellers are adapting to the latest interest rate hikes. Buyers are back in the market and looking for their new home!
